Technical and structural development of La'Keem Timothy's design studio project — a speculative contemporary art museum intervention into MASS MoCA's nineteenth-century industrial campus, originally conceived through a series of slipping, extruding, and rotating volumes that disrupt the regularity of the existing building.

This phase of the project took the design into construction reality: material selection and rationale, structural and envelope systems, wall sections, and fully resolved technical details developed in coordination with structural and MEP consultants. Code and life safety analysis included occupancy and egress requirements, fire safety, and ADA compliance.
